REMOTE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT


1. Position and Duties

1.1 The Employer agrees to employ the Employee in the position of Remote Administrative Financial Clerk.
1.2 The Employee agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities associated with this position, as described in Job Description, and as may be assigned by the Employer from time to time. These duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing financial records and documents
  • Assisting with preparing financial reports
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable
  • Data entry and maintaining financial databases
  • Assisting with payroll processing
  • Performing general administrative tasks related to financial operations
    1.3 The Employee agrees to comply with all Employer policies, procedures, and standards related to their role, including those regarding remote work, confidentiality, security, and financial reporting.

2. Remote Work Arrangement

2.1 The Employee will work remotely from their home or another location of their choosing, subject to the Employer’s approval.
2.2 The Employee agrees to maintain a suitable work environment that is free from distractions and conducive to productivity. The Employee must ensure that their home office is equipped with the necessary tools and technology, including:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A computer and related equipment (provided by Bullcave or reimbursed, as applicable)
    2.3 The Employer reserves the right to periodically check or request proof of the Employee’s remote workspace to ensure compliance with Employer standards for remote work.
    2.4 The Employee will be expected to follow the same work schedule, communication protocols, and deadlines as if they were working at the Employer’s physical location.

3. Work Schedule

3.1 The Employee’s expected work schedule will be, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with [20-25 hours per week].
3.2 The Employee may be required to work beyond the typical schedule during peak times or special projects. Overtime work will be compensated according to applicable laws.
3.3 The Employee agrees to maintain regular communication with the Employer and team members through email or other communication tools.

4. Compensation and Benefits

4.1 The Employee shall be compensated at a rate of $700, payable, weekly or bi-weekly.
4.2 The Employee will be eligible for benefits if necessary.

 

5. Confidentiality

5.1 The Employee acknowledges that during the course of their employment, they will have access to confidential and proprietary information of Bullcave, including but not limited to financial records, client data, internal processes, and intellectual property.
5.2 The Employee agrees not to disclose, use, or allow unauthorized access to any such confidential information during or after their employment.
5.3 The Employee agrees to comply with Bullcave’s data protection policies and to implement reasonable safeguards to ensure the confidentiality of all sensitive information.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Any intellectual property, including but not limited to reports, financial documents, analyses, systems, software, and processes, developed by the Employee during their employment with Bullcave shall remain the sole property of Bullcave.
6.2 The Employee agrees to assign all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property created during their employment to Bullcave.

7. Communication and Reporting

7.1 The Employee agrees to maintain regular communication with their manager and other team members through email, phone calls, and other platforms as required by Bullcave.
7.2 The Employee will be expected to attend virtual meetings and submit regular status reports as requested by the Employer.
7.3 The Employee is responsible for promptly responding to communications during working hours, in accordance with Bullcave’s communication guidelines.

8. Equipment and Technology Use

8.1 The Employer will provide the necessary equipment, including a computer, software, and other tools required for the Employee to perform their duties.
8.2 The Employee agrees to use these tools exclusively for work-related purposes.
8.3 The Employee must ensure the security of all work-related devices and information, including adopting appropriate cybersecurity measures, such as password protection, antivirus software, and encryption.
8.4 The Employee agrees to report any technical issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.

9. Performance Reviews

9.1 The Employee’s performance will be reviewed periodically by the Employer. The first performance review will take place a month after the start of employment.
9.2 The Employer may adjust compensation, benefits, and job responsibilities based on the performance review and business needs.

10. Termination

10.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing a month written notice to the other party.
10.2 The Employer may terminate this Agreement immediately, with or without notice, if the Employee violates any terms of this Agreement, engages in misconduct, or fails to perform their duties to the Employer’s satisfaction.
10.3 Upon termination, the Employee agrees to return all Employer property, including equipment, documents, and confidential materials.

11. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation

11.1 Non-Compete: The Employee agrees that for a period of six month following the termination of this Agreement, they will not work for or provide services to any financial firm or other business directly competing with Bullcave.
11.2 Non-Solicitation: During the term of this Agreement and for a period of one year following the termination of employment, the Employee agrees not to solicit or attempt to solicit the Employer’s clients, employees, or business partners.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Dalware.
12.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
12.3 Amendment: This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written document executed by both Parties.
12.4 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
