Job Opening: International Chef for Exclusive Corporate Events

Bullcave Finance is seeking an International Chef to provide culinary expertise for a series of high-profile corporate events. Position Overview:
The Chef will be responsible for preparing and serving an exquisite menu that blends international cuisine, offering a unique dining experience for up to 200 guests per event. This position also includes an interactive component, where the Chef will engage with guests through live cooking demonstrations, answering culinary questions, and providing an engaging experience that goes beyond the meal itself.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Services: Prepare and serve a multi-course menu featuring Italian, Arabic, and English-inspired dishes, designed to cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.
  • Interactive Cooking Demonstrations: Lead live cooking sessions, showcasing cooking techniques and engaging with guests in an entertaining, educational manner.
  • Event Coordination: Work closely with event staff to ensure smooth meal preparation, presentation, and service at the event.
  • Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, answer culinary questions, and provide insights into the dishes being served, enhancing the overall event experience.
  • Meal Customization: Ensure meals meet the dietary needs and preferences of all guests, including any special dietary restrictions or requests.
  • Collaboration with Client Team: Coordinate with the Client’s event staff for setup, ingredient procurement, and meal service logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Menu Overview:

  • Italian Menu:
    • Bruschetta al Pomodoro, Lasagna alla Bolognese, Risotto ai Funghi, Tiramisu
  • Arabic Menu:
    • Hummus, Shawarma, Kebab Koubideh, Baklava
  • English Menu:
    • Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Salmon, Vegetarian Lasagna, Chocolate Lava Cake

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a professional chef, with a strong background in international cuisines (Italian, Arabic, and English preferred).
  • Expertise in meal preparation for large-scale events (up to 200 guests).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and entertain guests through cooking demonstrations.
  • Ability to adapt menus to dietary needs and restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
  • Availability to travel for the events

Compensation:
Competitive salary with base pay starting at 60$/HR
