Position Overview:
The Coordinator – Global Recruiting Operations will play a vital role in streamlining and enhancing our recruitment processes across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting recruitment initiatives. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist the recruiting team in all aspects of the hiring process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates and hiring activities.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and assist in analyzing data to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and workflows, implementing best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to understand hiring needs and support recruitment efforts in different regions.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or human resources support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS or HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of global recruitment practices and employment laws is a plus.
