The International Personal Assistant will play a critical role in managing the schedules and tasks of our leadership team across various global locations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of discretion, with experience in supporting senior executives in an international context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Project Support: Assist with various projects and tasks as directed by executives, conducting research and preparing materials as needed.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to support executives.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in an international setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in [specify languages, if necessary].
