Bullcave Finance is seeking a skilled Photography Team to capture the dynamic atmosphere of a series of exclusive, high-profile corporate events in New York, USA, and Ontario, Canada. This is an excellent opportunity to document the impact of thought leaders and industry experts at a series of engaging talks, presentations, and networking events.
Job Description:
The Photography Team will be responsible for documenting the event, with a specific focus on speakers, audience engagement, and key moments throughout the event program. This includes capturing the interactions between prominent speakers and attendees, as well as the high-energy atmosphere surrounding the event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speaker and Presentation Photography: Capture keynote speakers, panel discussions, and live presentations, focusing on both the speaker and the audience’s engagement.
- Audience Interaction: Photograph attendees during Q&A sessions, networking breaks, and discussions, highlighting the energy and engagement of the crowd.
- Candid Photography: Take candid shots of guests interacting, networking, and engaging with speakers, capturing authentic moments and expressions.
- Event Atmosphere: Document the overall event experience, including venue setup, stage setups, branding, and attendee interactions.
- VIP and Special Moments: Capture VIP guests, special announcements, and other significant moments throughout the event.
- Post-Event Deliverables: Provide a curated selection of high-quality images within 48 hours post-event for marketing, social media, and post-event communications.
Requirements:
- Experience in corporate event photography, with an emphasis on speaker-focused events, conferences, or seminars.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event, speaker, and audience photography.
- Quality camera equipment and editing software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capture high-impact moments on the fly.
- Excellent ability to blend into the event while capturing natural, unobtrusive shots.
- Professionalism and discretion when working with high-profile guests and speakers.
- Must be available for all events and able to travel.
Compensation:
Competitive Base pay starting from 50$/HR
